To pick people's TV brains:
What was the show:
* That was a drama...
* That ran between the 1990s and 2000 (early 1990s I'm assuming)...
* That was set in an institution/insane asylum...
* That had a not-so-badly-affected bunch of patients running the hospital "radio station"...
* That ran on the ABC?
I'm trying to find it as a possible gift. My mum loved the show when it first ran, and I was going to check the ABC Shop for a DVD set.
